Account and data deletion

Palya (published by Koala Studio, Dorian Rodot) lets you delete your account and personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it, which data is deleted and which is retained.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible: you will no longer be able to sign in with this account.
From the app (recommended)
- Open the Palya app and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then My info.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deletion is immediate: your personal data is erased and account access is revoked.
By email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from your account email address to:

We process your request within 30 days at the latest.
When you delete your account, the following data is erased immediately:
- Your personal data: first name, last name, email, phone, date of birth, gender, licence number, photo and bio.
- Your sign-in credentials (password and sessions): signing in becomes impossible.
- Your push notification tokens: you stop receiving notifications.
- Your friend relationships.
- Your Palya ID and favourite clubs.
Some data linked to club activity is kept in anonymised form (attached to a « Deleted account »), for legal, accounting and sports history reasons:
- Booking and payment history: kept by the relevant clubs for their accounting obligations.
- Tournament results: kept in the public sports history, without your personal data.
- Technical backups: automatically purged within 30 days.
Deletion from the app is immediate. An email request is processed within 30 days at the latest. Technical backups are purged within 30 days.
