Palya (published by Koala Studio, Dorian Rodot) lets you delete your account and personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it, which data is deleted and which is retained.

Deletion is permanent and irreversible: you will no longer be able to sign in with this account.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is erased immediately:

  • Your personal data: first name, last name, email, phone, date of birth, gender, licence number, photo and bio.
  • Your sign-in credentials (password and sessions): signing in becomes impossible.
  • Your push notification tokens: you stop receiving notifications.
  • Your friend relationships.
  • Your Palya ID and favourite clubs.
Data that is retained, and for how long

Some data linked to club activity is kept in anonymised form (attached to a « Deleted account »), for legal, accounting and sports history reasons:

  • Booking and payment history: kept by the relevant clubs for their accounting obligations.
  • Tournament results: kept in the public sports history, without your personal data.
  • Technical backups: automatically purged within 30 days.
Timelines

Deletion from the app is immediate. An email request is processed within 30 days at the latest. Technical backups are purged within 30 days.
