What we do not claim
That nobody else can run a tournament or an open match: that would be false, and you would check it in three clicks. What we do claim is that nobody does it in one piece, with no tier to climb and no module to bolt on. Keep your current tool through the transition, or switch over entirely when you decide to.

A few questions come up often when we introduce Palya. Here are our answers, in full transparency.
How does Palya integrate with our current tool?
You keep your current tool. Palya starts with a simple import of your member list, and adds the animation your software does not do: tournaments, ladders, matchmaking, messaging. The day you also want bookings, memberships and the front desk, they are there.
If Palya disappears, do we lose our data?
Your data is yours. It's exportable at any time, in standard formats. No exit penalty, no minimum commitment. You stay in control of your club and your information.
Does the app already do all this, or is some of it still coming?
Let's be clear: the booking app is available today, it's your members' front door. The full engagement engine (tournaments, ladders, matchmaking, Palya level) already runs on the Palya web platform, used every month by clubs like SPARC, and is rolling into the app step by step. You start on something real, not a promise.
Is this a marketplace that will push my members elsewhere?
No. Palya lists clubs, but nothing in it pushes a competitor to your members, no ranking favours whoever pays more, and we take no commission on your bookings. Your data is yours, and your app can carry your brand as an add-on.
How much does it cost in the end?
Per court, and the price drops with every extra court. Your page is free; then two paid plans: animation on its own, or animation with bookings. The Pricing page works out your exact price in one move, with no form and no meeting. No commission on your bookings, no minimum term. Your own branded app stays optional.
Who collects my players' money?
You do. Payment for a booking goes straight into the club account, via Stripe or MIPS depending on your country. Palya never holds the funds and takes no commission. Your memberships and dues carry on being paid as they are today: Palya records them, it does not collect them.
